Data protection

By visiting TTL AG websites and by entering personal data, the user consents to their data being saved and processed as described below:

In this context, the time of access, pages accessed, the type and version of the browser used on the user’s computer, the protocols used, the user’s operating system, the pages via which the user was redirected, the quantity of data transferred and the computer accessing the TTL AG website (external IP address) are saved.

The saved data is statistically assessed and is used to improve the website’s appearance. It is not made available to external third parties. This saved data is deleted at the end of each year.

There are options on the website to enter commercial or personal data (names, addresses, e-mail addresses, etc.). This data is entered by the user voluntarily. By entering this data, the user consents to it being used for the purpose of rendering services and in the customer file. This data is treated as confidential and is not forwarded to external third parties. Should the user ask TTL AG to delete its data, the data will be fully removed from the database. You may revoke consent to data processing with effect for the future at any time.

Use of Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps API to visually show geographic information. When using Google Maps, data is also collected, processed and used by Google about the visitor’s use of the map functions. You can find more information about Google data processing in Google’s data protection information, where you can change your personal data protection settings in the data protection centre.

You can find detailed instructions on managing your personal data in connection with Google products here.

Conversion tracking

In order to be able to measure the success of our advertising campaigns through Google Adwords, we use a conversion tracking procedure. In doing so, a cookie is placed on your computer by Google Adwords. If you are directed to our website via a Google advert (known as Adwords), this cookie then provides feedback on whether you used certain TTL AG offers. According to Google, the data collected in this way do not lead to any conclusions regarding individual data and they are automatically deleted after 30 days. If you would not like to take part in the tracking procedure, you can reject setting cookies. To do this, you must configure your browser in such a way that automatically setting cookies is deactivated.
