Montano Real Estate GmbH

TTL has held a 30 percent stake in Montano Real Estate GmbH (Montano) since December 2020. In May 2021, TTL increases its stake in Montano to 50%.

Montano is one of Germany's leading independent core-plus and value-add real estate managers. Headquartered in Munich and with offices in Berlin and Frankfurt, the investment and asset management platform manages real estate for institutional clients, family offices and sovereign wealth funds across Germany. Due to the complementary business areas, the investment will result in a variety of synergies for both companies.
